I ripped this survey off
of some dude's homepage and changed some questions it so it's my own. I
wanna know about you, so come on, let's hear it! I'm sure you love to talk
about yourself, so here's your opportunity.
This form is submitted
using email. For some people, when they hit the send button, an email window
pops up, and the survey isn't sent in. If this happens, sorry, but I'm
not smart enough to figure out what's wrong. You can either try again,
give up, or paste your survey into an email and send it that way. Sorry
for the inconvenience. (The problem I described up above is mainly
for AOL and Juno people, so be warned, your survey may not work. Sorry
again, I'm not sure what's wrong with it.)
